Can I send you my own design, to put it on your clothes?
    Heart Jacking is always ready to support all kind of arts. Send us some examples of your work, or even a portfolio, and we will be happy to contact you back.
How to order ?
   
1)To order, you need to look for a product. You have several means to do it. The first one is to click on the “Shop” menu, and to browse on the site arborescence.
The second is to write keywords in the “research” box up right of your screen.
Thirdly, you can use the vertical menu on the left of the screen.






2)Discover the product. Click on “details”, on the picture, or on the item title.






3) Buy the product. Choose the size (up left), then click on “Buy now”.
On the following page, you can choose between “continue your shopping” and “order”.







4) Validate your order. When you click on “order” you will arrive on an identification page. You need to indentify only one time, this will make your browsing easier and more comfortable, and you will save time for your next purchases. Then click on “continue”. Next, choose a kind of delivery and a method of payment. Accept the general terms and conditions and finaly confirm the invoicing and delivery address.

All the Heart Jacking staff thank you for your order and will keep you informed about its transporting and delivery.
Why isn’t there a Heart Jacking shop in my city?
    Maybe your favourite shop doesn’t know Heart Jacking. Tell them about us or share the piece of information with us! We will be happy to check if they are eligible to receive our products.
Is it possible to be reimbursed, to exchange clothes or to get a holding?
    You can send us back a garment if there is a defect, or if the size is not good. But before to do it, thanks for contacting us and tell us the problem, so that we can analyse the problem and find the best solution for you. Products must be send back in their original condition, non-worn, with the labels and the packaging.
What about the size of the clothes?
    The clothes by Heart Jacking have an adjusted size to fit your body the best, and to be comfortable. That is name “size Fit”. Our clothes are not to short and not to large. For example, if you usually wear the size L, so buy the size L in our shop.
